How do I find an illustrator for my book?

You don't need to worry about it. Unless you are an author/illustrator, publishers don't need to see illustrations to consider your manuscript. The publisher will take care of choosing, hiring and art directing the illustrator. All that you need to worry about is a good manuscript.
