What a time this was…
This is the the second time that I have design lawrencefolio.com and I think that thisw is the better of the two. No it is not finished and I will be moving it over fully in to WordPress as soon as possible, but for now this it is a start. Any thought or crit that you would like to make to the site would be great! let me know and check often to see the changes and improvments.

Research for this was interesting,
I enjoyed looking at other sites and seeing how they worked. One of the best ways i found for researching this was not only looking at other sites, but also see what how others are accomplishing their own sites. I have also found that see what other designers are trying to fix and what kinds of things they are posting about online. I also have looked in to other books such as Don’t make me Think a book on basic web usability.

In choosing the type for lawrencefolio.com I had to consider what would be the easiest for the view. I do not have access to mich in the way of web type editing programs so I decided that the best way to render the type was to use the standard fonts that most computers had available to them,
Ariel, Helvedica, (sans serif)
Times New Roman, Georgia (serif)
In the future I hope to be able to use better fonts on the site, but at this point this will have to do.
